Ihotu Oglegba
Artist Bio
Ihotu is a Nigerian-Irish interdisciplinary artist living and working between Nigeria and the United Kingdom. She holds a BA (Hons) in Fine Art from Arts University Bournemouth and an MA in Contemporary Art Practice from the Royal College of Art. Her practice spans performance, installation, and wood carving. Using cultural memory, storytelling, and evolving diasporic identities, she creates worlds and imagines alternate futures and modes of existing in the present.
